Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Transferring a membership is not allowed, except under the following conditions:
A medical report proving the inability to exercise.
The membership must not be part of any ongoing promotion.
The remaining period of the membership must be more than 30 days.
The transfer must be to someone of the same gender.
Both the transferor and transferee must visit the branch in person to sign the transfer agreement form.
A transfer fee of 370 SAR applies.
Can I request an exceptional freeze on my membership?
After using your regular freeze days, you can request an exceptional freeze by providing a recent medical report proving your inability to exercise. We wish you good health.
I paid for the membership, but it wasn’t activated. What should I do?

Can I train without sports shoes?
No, training without proper sports shoes is not allowed for your safety and per membership terms.
Can I train without hand wraps or gloves?
No, hand wraps and gloves are mandatory due to the nature of kickboxing training and for your safety.
